Enhancing Education Through Technology (EETT) Competitive Funding
The Enhancing Education Through Technology - Competitive (EETT-C) grant program provides funding for grades four through eight to assist eligible local educational agencies in using technology to enhance teaching and learning. EETT-C is a competitive grant process. LEAs must complete an application which is scored and ranked against other competitors. The top scoring applications will be funded.

EETT-C ARRA
Applications for EETT-C ARRA grants have been scored and analyzed. However, Legislative Budget committees have proposed that the funds be used instead to upgrade the student data system to make California in better competitive position for Race to the Top. Meetings have been scheduled decide whether to accept this new proposal or to honor the RFA for ARRA Formula and Competitive funding.
