logo Leading Edge Online Teacher Certification is a fully online course about the pedagogy and best practices for online teaching. The certification course will guide educators through a curriculum based on the iNACOL Standards for Quality Online Teaching.

This course will provide K12 educators with the essential skills and knowledge necessary to be an effective online instructor by creating a meaningful, engaging online learning environment. Participants will learn that while there are many similarities to traditional classroom teaching, online learning enjoys some fundamental differences that require a different approach to teaching.

Leading Edge Certification has been created collaboratively through an alliance of nonprofits, universities and education agencies (including ACOE).
